Which areas do you cover?
Islandwide. Our coaches come to your condo pool anywhere in Singapore. WhatsApp us your condo and the times that suit you, and we'll match you with a coach nearby.
Do lessons go ahead when it rains?
Usually, yes. We still continue our lessons, because the kids are wet anyway. The no-go is lightning. We always want to keep lessons continuous, because we don't want to hold back your child's progress.
My child is afraid of water. How do we help them?
Every child is unique and starts off differently. As a parent, you can carry them in the water from young and play simple games. The best way is to build their water confidence, or you can enrol them in our lessons.
How often are lessons, and how long until my child can swim?
Classes are usually once a week, at a fixed time slot. How long it takes really depends on the child, but with consistent weekly lessons they'll learn to swim in the shortest time possible.
Can we go straight for SwimSafer Gold?
Yes, most definitely. SwimSafer has six levels: Stages 1, 2 and 3, then Bronze, Silver and Gold. Each has its own requirements, and you can go straight to the one you prefer.
Is SwimSafer important?
SwimSafer is a certificate that shows your child knows how to swim. The main perk is that your child can be excused from the primary school swimming programme. So it comes down to your own preference.
How old should my child be to start?
Ideally three years old. Any younger, and lessons focus more on water confidence than on the actual strokes. It depends on each child.
