Please read this Policy carefully, including without limitation any linked terms and conditions appearing or referenced below, which are hereby made part of this Policy. By participating in the referral programme, you are agreeing that you have read and that you agree to comply with and to be bound by, the terms and conditions of this policy and all applicable laws and regulations in their entirety without limitation or qualification.
1. Poolva Reward is a programme that provides incentives to you, while you continue to book swimming lessons on Poolva. This tiered loyalty programme provides exclusive rewards and benefits to the users. As a user, you can earn points with every lesson that you book on Poolva and exchange them for perks such as discount vouchers.
2. Each user will fall into one out of three tiers (Bronze, Silver or Gold), based on their performance on Poolva. Users will get progressively better perks as they rise in their tier standings. The perks will be in form of discounts for your next booking of swimming lesson on Poolva. The classification of tiers are as listed below:

3. For this point-based tier, users will earn ten (10) points for every $10 Singapore Dollar spent when booking their swimming lesson on Poolva. The accumulated points then can then be redeemed with discount vouchers listed above subject to the applicable tier of reward.
4. To achieve different tiers, every user needs to achieve the required points for the desired tier. Membership tier movement or progression remains unchanged and will be based on points accumulated from any transactions made on Poolva.
5. Your use of the membership tier and its benefits is subject to the applicable terms of service as published by the Company from time to time.
6. Users under the age of 18 are not eligible to participate in this Reward programme.
7. Any points accumulated through the transaction made on Poolva will be valid for one (1) year from the date on which it is granted to the user’s Poolva account. All points accumulated if not redeemed shall expire on the 31st date after the anniversary of such points being granted.
8. From time to time, the User may be offered special promotions to be used. Such Special Promotions can be stacked with the redemption of discount vouchers granted under the Membership Tier programme subject to any changes made by the Company from time to time.
9. We reserve the right to hold the issuance of qualifying points earned until the qualifying transactions, including payment and delivery, are complete. Qualifying points will only be earned from completed orders (orders received) and related spend from selected shops.
10. There will strictly be no qualifying points earned from returned, refunded, (partial or full), or cancelled orders.
11. Rewards are not redeemable for any cash nor are they exchangeable for other Rewards under any circumstances.
12. Rewards cannot be sold, resold, exchanged, or transferred for value under any circumstances.
13. Rewards shall not be regarded, construed, or used as valuable or exchangeable instruments under any circumstances.
14. We reserve the right to disqualify any Users from participating in this Program at any time at our sole discretion, including without limitation if he/she does not comply with any of these Terms and Conditions.
15. We retain the right to reject any Reward that has been tampered with or found in any way unacceptable or remove privilege or usage if deemed to have been linked to fraudulent activities.
16. We are not responsible for any accidental usage or cancellation of Rewards, and no replacement will be provided in these circumstances.
17. In the event that we find any indications of fraud or abuse by the users, we reserve the right to suspend and/or withdraw any and/or all Rewards rewarded to said user through the Program without any notice.
18. We have no responsibility to issue any notice of expiry of the Tier rewards to the User.
19. Request for redemption once accepted cannot be revoked, cancelled, returned or exchanged. If redemption channels are specified for a Reward Item, Poolva reserves the right to decline redemptions made through any other channels without any notification.
20. By participating in this Program, each participant agrees to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. We reserve the right to modify or amend at any time these Terms and Conditions and/or the methods through which the Referral Bonus are earned.
21. We are not responsible for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction, unauthorized access to, or alteration of, user or member communications, or any problems or technical malfunctions of our website or network or lines, computer online systems, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of e-mail on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet.
22. We reserve our rights to publish or display materials or information, including but not limited to the names of all Participants for marketing, advertising and publicity purposes in any manner it deems appropriate, and participants are deemed to consent to such use with no monetary payment. By submitting your personal data, you are deemed to have consented to our Privacy Policy.
23. The terms and conditions herein shall prevail over any inconsistent terms, conditions, provisions or representations contained in any other promotional or advertising materials for the Referral Programme. In the event of any inconsistency, conflict, ambiguity or discrepancy between the English version and any other version in other languages of these terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail at all times.
24. We reserve our right to vary, delete or add to any of these Terms and Conditions and/or substitute or replace the gifts from time to time without any prior notice.
25. By participating, it is deemed that the Participants agree to be bound by the terms and subject to the conditions set out herein. The decisions in relation to every aspect of the Referral Programme shall be deemed final and conclusive under any circumstances and no complaint from any Participants will be entertained.
